Ride It Forward
Ride It Forward is Avesta Equestrian’s initiative to give back to the community. As part of this commitment, we donate a portion of our proceeds to the Haolgen Foundation, supporting entrepreneurship—a cause that our founder, Lara Manchharam, is deeply passionate about.
In addition, Lara volunteers with BTSC Cares, the charitable arm of her riding club in Singapore. Through this program, she helps organize activities that connect individuals with special needs to horses, fostering meaningful experiences and inclusion.
Btsc Cares
BTSC Cares, the charity arm of Bukit Timah Saddle Club, gives back through equine programs that benefit people with disabilities, at-risk youth, and the wider community. In 2023, over 800 participants engaged with horses, inspiring and uplifting lives. Lara, volunteers in these programs as a way of “Riding It Forward,” giving back to the community through her passion for riding.

Halogen Foundation
Part of Avesta Equestrian's proceeds go towards the Halogen Foundation. The Halogen Foundation is a Singapore-based youth development charity that aims to “inspire young people to create change” by providing programmes in leadership training, mentorship, incubation, impact measurement, and partnership. The Halogen Foundation works across sectors—corporate, education, social services, and youth—to build a stronger ecosystem for youth development
Lara is a big supporter of the Halogen Foundation and has worked with them for the past few years
